Postage and Handling
Spinning Pretty items are posted through Australia Post with delivery confirmation. Goods can be shipped to any country, which is serviced by Australia Post. Postage is calculated based on the price of goods. For multiple orders, please contact us before purchase, to ensure they will be posted together. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to arrive.

Refunds and Returns
Spinning Pretty items are crafted by hand and some items are occasionally printed out of house. Due to the handmade nature of our products, Spinning Pretty reminds buyers that slight variations might occur between the limited edition products.

Spinning Pretty wants you, the customer to be happy. If you feel you would prefer to return a product, Spinning Pretty must be notified within 4 days of receipt of the item and a return notification number must be issued. Returns must shipped back within 7 days of receipt. Returns made without a notification number will result in a refund not being given. Products must be shipped back to Spinning Pretty via an equal shipping method as was received along with delivery confirmation. Postage and handling charges will not be refunded.
